The services provided by Smith, Gildea & Schmidt’s Real Estate & Business Transaction team accurately juxtapose a well-rounded realm of knowledge in each area of practice and a vast breadth of experience. Our attorneys’ skills have been instrumental in navigating through formations of LLC’s, corporations, and partnerships and facilitating and managing numerous residential, commercial and institutional real estate transactions and development projects. In addition, our attorneys are exceptionally attentive and adept to the client’s needs, as well as the vast intricacies of the transactions involved.   • drafting of letters of intent
  • negotiation and drafting of purchase and sale agreements and amendments
  • assembling private syndication funding

  • conducting and reviewing abstracts of title, investigating and resolving title exceptions
