Jason has cultivated relationships with key local decision-makers and elected officials and his knowledge of the applicable rules and regulations allows him to quickly analyze the best path forward for what his clients are proposing. He supports clients in the development and zoning process with his intimate knowledge of local conditions and markets. He has experience handling matters related to zoning verification approvals, variance approvals, special exception/conditional use approvals, zoning text amendments, comprehensive zoning map process changes, approvals associated with the Chesapeake Bay Critical Area (including growth allocation) and water and sewer amendments, whether through an administrative official or the quasi-judicial body by working with different stakeholders to help accomplish clients’ goals.
