Guardianship of Minors and Disabled Adults and Custody

Sometimes families confront a situation where a family member needs a guardian due to disability or incapacity.

A Guardianship is a legal proceeding in which the Court appoints someone to make medical and financial decisions for a person who is unable to make those decisions on his or her own.  In addition, SGS can assist with obtaining custody of minor children.

Mary G. Loker and Mariela C. D’Alessio provide over forty (40) years of combined experience in assisting clients with Guardianship and Custody matters.
