William L. Rodowsky
Will joined Smith, Gildea & Schmidt in July 2017 as an Associate working mainly in the Estates & Trusts Department.
Originally from Baltimore County, Will grew up in Delaware and attended high school at the Wilmington Friends School. He continued his education at the University of Delaware, graduating cum laude with a double-major in Psychology and English – Professional Writing. While at Delaware, he was a member of the club lacrosse team and spent his summers as a beach lifeguard.
After graduating from Delaware, Will returned to the Baltimore area to attend the University of Maryland Law School. During law school, he served as a Peer Advisor, member of the Journal of Health Care Law & Policy, and earned awards for his work in both the Marital Property and Divorce Litigation and Estate Planning courses.
Following his graduation from Maryland Law, Will served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Ruth A. Jakubowski in the Circuit Court for Baltimore County.
Will is a member of the Baltimore County, Baltimore City, and Maryland State Bar Associations. He spends his free time following the Baltimore sports teams and with his Labrador, Bunk.
